'Seller' means - Gold 'N' Brown (click

'Customer' means the person to whom goods and
services are supplied by the Seller.
Terms and Conditions:
1 General. These terms and conditions
are applicable to the supply of services made by the Seller,
hereafter referred to as Gold 'N' Brown, to the buyer hereafter
referred to as the Customer.
2 Price. All prices are quoted in UK
pounds sterling.
3 Payment. Online Transactions are to
be made using one of the following payment methods, unless
otherwise stated: Credit/debit cards or cash transfer using
PayPal. Invoices must be settled on receipt.
4 Descriptions. Products are described
as accurately as possible, specifications will only change
if found to be acceptable by the customer.
5 Passing of Property. Gold 'N' Brown shall
retain the property until full payment has been made received
by Gold 'N' Brown.
6 Passing of Risk. The risk in the products
shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.
7 Delivery. Gold 'N' Brown endeavours
to process orders as quickly as possible. Gold 'N' Brown cannot
be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by any third
party. Please remember that we are in the hands of our suppliers
however we will endeavour to notify you about any delay in
delivery if possible.
8 Acceptance, Refunds and Returns.
You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of your
contract with us or 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever
is the longer). If choose to cancel your order within this
period, your payment will be returned in full, once the return
has been received. We regret we can not refund carriage on
returned goods.
Unless faulty or damaged on receipt of the goods
by the customer, goods must be returned in re-saleable condition.
Customer claims for lost returns cannot be accepted
without proof of postage.
9 Cancellations. May be made by telephone,

10 Copyright. All content included in
this website, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images
and HTML, is the property of Gold 'N' Brown and/or its suppliers
and partners. No items on this site may be reproduced, modified,
distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or stored electronically
without the expressed permission of the rightful copyright
holder(s).
11 Changes to the Terms and Conditions.
Gold 'N' Brown will not change its products, prices or
terms and conditions after sale without prior notice. The
terms and conditions governing any transaction at the time
of sale will be those situated on this site at the time of
order.
12 Governing Law. These terms and conditions
are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English
Law.

you request it.
Gold 'N' Brown will not sell or rent customer
information to any third party under any circumstances.
